Estimates
Project Estimates
- This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date listed and does not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
- Hourly services will be billed at our standard rate of $120/hour.
- This estimate may be revised if project scope or specifications change during the course of development.
- We accept payment by cheque, e-transfer, or Canadian credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Press Files, Source Files and File Archives
- Once payment has been received, all press files and/or site files are the property of the client, and copies of those project files will be provided to the client.
- Eggbeater Creative Inc. will endeavor to archive all project press and/or site files and will endevour to share them in the future by request, but do not offer file storage services in exchange for payment of services. It is highly recommended that clients safely copy and store all press and/or site files.
- All source files used internally for the preparation of press or site files remain the intellectual property of Eggbeater Creative Inc. unless a prior agreement is made at the onset of the project. In some prearranged instances, source files may be transferred to clients for use within their organization in exchange for a “source file fee”. This fee begins at a base amount of $500 and is assessed independently for each instance.
- Source file access is intended for internal use only and solely for the purpose of doing content edits; they may not be transferred or shared outside of the individual, organization, association or company once payments have been made in exchange for use.
