DISCOVER : Strategy & Research

This phase focuses on creating a brand strategy to build an identity that drives brand awareness, trust, and encourages use.

  • Research & Content Audit: A deep dive into the provided docs regarding “Accidental Leaders,” adult learning, and psychological safety to ensure we create a brand voice that aligns with these core pillars. This phase will include exploration of the live web-app prototype at al-confidante.ai, (thank you for the access, Bill.) We will familiarize ourselves with the environment. This will make sure a brand identity and marketing voice we develop can be integrated into the actual user journey and technical interface you’ve already created.
  • Client Follow-Up: A meeting with you to clear up any questions that have arisen during our research (of which, we will have many!) This will also be the time to create a more detailed project brief, going forward.
  • Audience & Journey Mapping: We’ll get ‘inside the noggins’ of your accidental leaders to map their path from insecure to purposeful, ensuring the brand’s voice and visuals act as a supportive guide to lead them through.
  • Competitive Landscape: Reviewing current AI coaching and leadership tools to ensure AL-Confidante stands out as a unique, pedagogically-constrained solution. No accidental overlap.

DESIGN : Creative Development

The “fun part” of the project, where we build the visual and verbal soul of the app.

  • Naming & Brand Voice: Developing branding ideas for the name (exploring both beyond and within the “AL CONFIDANTE” and “RAGDOLL” prototype names) and defining the marketing “voice” for social media and app interactions.
  • Visual Identity System:
    • Development of core graphics: Brand mark / logo and supplementary branding (textures, patterns, icons, etc,), for use within the app UI.
    • Colour Palette: Selecting a palette that evokes professional growth, and modern AI innovation
    • Typography: Choosing fonts that are highly legible, professional, and accessible for a web-app interface.
  • Graphic Asset Creation:
    • Exported assets for use on site / within the app.
    • Social media artwork, assets, animations, etc, as determined are needed.

DEPLOY: Asset Delivery & Guidelines

Since Bill, you’re handling the programming, our role here is to provide a clean, “developer-ready” hand-off..

  • Brand Style Guide: A concise document outlining logo usage, the color hex codes, font families, and the voice/tone guidelines for marketing.
  • Final Asset Package: Exporting all graphics, fonts, and social media kits in the necessary formats for app integration and online use.

  • Implementation Support / Audit: As-needed consultations with you to ensure visual assets are correctly applied to the programming environment.
